ITL congratulates Cathy Ewing on her recent promotion to Inside Sales Manager. Ewing’s exceptional team leadership skills, management talents, and enthusiastic dedication to relationship-driven customer service anchors the department’s commitment to providing knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service to every ITL customer.

“Meeting the needs of our customers depends on knowing how we can best serve their unique requirements,” said Ewing. “Establishing rapport and trust is essential. Every customer must know that we are absolutely committed to delivering what they need, when they need it, with courteous service, every time.

Ewing joined ITL in December of 2018, building on nearly a decade of hands-on, front-line management experience in consumer finance, property management, and customer service.  In her leisure time, Ewing enjoys spending time with family, listening to live music, visiting art galleries, and participating in church activities.
