ITL announces the promotion of Elgin Adams to Photometry Lead. In this new role, Adams will oversee operations and team members involved in electrical testing of all ITL lighting systems, from initial system burn-in to photometric tunnel analysis through final inspections and approvals.
“Elgin’s new role underscores ITL’s long-standing commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality assurance,” said Thongphoun Kounlavong, Plant Manager. “He has proven to be a team player since joining ITL as a photometry technician in 2016 and to discharge his duties responsibly and in a manner that upholds the integrity of the company and our production crew.”
When Adams is away from work he may be found spending time with family members, especially with their newly arrived first child, daughter Zyla, and close friends.
