ITL is pleased to announce the promotion of Jack Burden to Senior Vice President of Sales. Serving since 2012 in the capacity of Vice President of Sales, Burden first joined the company in 2002 as Sales Associate and built its sales department from the ground up. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, his vast industry knowledge, attentive relationship building, and customer-focused insights continue to propel the company’s strategic growth year after year.
“Jack’s energetic and enthusiastic leadership has been a pillar of ITL’s success over the last 20 years,” said Roberto Schipp, co-founder and president of ITL, LLC. “Embracing a customer-focused approach in every facet of our sales and service functions, Jack has proven time and again that doing the right thing by our customers is also the winning move for ITL.”
Burden will continue to focus his considerable energies on designing and implementing the company’s sales and growth strategies. He retains responsibilities for overall management of the company’s sales force, overseeing domestic and international sales, servicing of major accounts, and working with the marketing team to position the company through advertising, communications and trade show participation.
A native of Nashville, Burden graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. He, his wife Lori, and their three children call Murfreesboro, TN, “home.”
